However, due to the fragile nature of our product, frames may be damaged during shipping. The terms of our Full Refund and Replacement policy are as follows:
- We accept returns and exchanges for products that meet the following conditions within 30 days.
- We ask that you check the outside of the box for any dents, damages or tears.
- Please open the package immediately to ensure that your Framed Artwork has arrived in perfect condition.
- We ask that you email us within 48 hours of receiving your package, to report any damages.
- IMPORTANT: PLEASE TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE DAMAGED BOX & THE DAMAGED FRAME & EMAIL THIS TO: support@framedcanvasart.com
- This will guarantee that your Artwork is replaced, at no charge to you.
- Refunds for returned products will be processed within 5 business days.
Please note: FramedCanvasArt.com reserves the right to refuse a Replacement Issue if you do not comply with our request to immediately open and check your package.
